How To Update Mod Organizer 2

So I have a pretty ideal mod list in mod organizer and the plugins on the right are all sorted perfectly, however, the conflicts on the left are pretty huge and some mods aren't starting up correctly as a result, I was wondering if anyone could help me optimise my load order so it works as perfectly as possible. Obviously overwrites will need to happen, just don't know how best to position them all so every mod works.Any help is welcome even if there's just a tool like LOOT for the overwites to be managed in through mod organizer. Here is my mod list in case there are any gods among us who can order it, if not theyre here for reference purposes haha. Starting with order. Actually, I don't want to spend another 4 hours going through all the mod pages and finding the order. However, I will drop a link that should help you out. But, after you get the order down, if you still don't have everything running, you'll need to make a bash file for it. Google 'Wrye Bash' and everything you need to know should pop up on the first page of results.
